Partner: Previous sole proprietor general practice that merged in 8/06 as a partnership. Main focus of practice is on corporate/business law, commercial and residential loan financing; real estate & leases (both commercial and residential), easements, title work and estate planning, some estate and family law practice. The practice also includes extensive contract drafting and negotiation. Ms. Moran also handled the majority of firm management and human resource and employment issues, including hiring of paralegals and support staff; disciplinary actions; formation and review of employment policies and benefits packages.
